Terms & Conditions: Wine club benefits are not transferable. Member must be present for guests to enjoy member benefits. Club members should promptly notify us of changes to their accounts: including changes in email address, telephone numbers or shipping address. Non-notification may result in returned, redirect or reshipment fees. We communicate with our members by email. Pre-shipment notifications will be sent to members at least two weeks prior to processing. Membership changes/cancellations must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to the next shipment. Email is accepted. Processed club shipments will not be refunded. Members agree that we can charge their card two times per year for the retail price of the wine club shipment, less club discounts on club shipments, plus any applicable taxes and shipping. After the first two shipments, a member can cancel their membership with no fee. If a member cancels their membership before receiving two shipments, they will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. To keep costs down, we ship by UPS ground. Wine shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. If no one is available to receive and sign for the package, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. After the third attempt, wines will be shipped back to us. In order to reduce the possibility of missed deliveries, we encourage our members to us a commercial business address for wine shipments. Wine is guaranteed when signed for on a first delivery attempt. Delayed receipt of shipments becomes the responsibility of the member. Reshipment and return fees will apply. If a shipment surpasses the three attempts and is sent back to us, we will charge the member the full amount to have it re-shipped. We may automatically hold shipments during times of extreme weather to protect your investment. Order may take 7-14 days to be processed prior to shipping. Rates include proper packing, adult signature fee, area surcharge, residential charge and fuel surcharge. Insurance included up to $100. We pack wine club orders in advance of the ship date stated on the release email. Members who make address changes to an order after payment for the wines has been processed, will be charged a $15 fee. Will call shipments will be held for up to 30 days after release. Shipments not picked up within 30 days will be shipped to the address on file and charged applicable fees. If a member is unable to pick up within that time frame, the member should contact us to make other arrangements for pick up.
